Cooking is an Art!

Cooking is really an art if u do it with enjoyment! The interest for cooking came when I was 14 yrs old, sneaking into the kitchen finding how my Mom makes delicious food! She taught me some easy recipes but I forget all of them in a week.I used to buy lots of cookery books and try to make easy dishes and desserts at times!.It didn't turn to be tasty sometimes. My dad use to be the rat , I mean he will be the one to taste my cooking and even if it was bad, he will say that it was good.May be that built more interest in me for cooking!.But then I joined Home Science course in cultural academy 2 yrs back and cooking was one of the subject in the course!.It was fun learning to cook in groups with friends , all in one table !.In college they didn't teach us ordinary sambar or rasam..It was all party preparation stuffs, like biriyani , noodles, snack items, juices and stuffs like that!.After 3 months, I wanted to learn more of baking and confectionery so I joined part-time baking course on Saturdays in the same college.After few enough weeks I wanted to do more so I joined chocolate making classes..Recently I learned to make all kind of dishes that my mom makes at home. And today I feel that I know enough about cooking and my confidence levels are rising!

I figured that the art of cooking is like an ocean where the further u go the further the horizon seems!
